Petsafe is designed to be Web enabled for all changes except Change of Ownership. The following forms are available for download if for some reason you cannot complete a process online.There are fees associated with updates that Petsafe completes for you.

If you have lost your password you can recover it via email on the Member login page .If your email doesn't match the Petsafe record and you have access to the mobile number recorded on the Petsafe database we can send your user name and password via SMS.  You must have your pets microchip number. Ring Petsafe during business hours on 02 8850 6800. Alternatevely submit a Replacement Certificate Form.

Sorry, but Privacy Laws prevent us from providing Microchip Numbers, Passwords or Member ID numbers over the phone.

Change of Ownership - Download 

Change of Ownership can only be completed on this form and posted, faxed or emailed to Petsafe. If posted you should keep a copy in case the original is misplaced.

If the former owner is not available to sign the form leave their part blank, fill in your details and post, fax or email the form to us. We will contact the former owner as recorded on the Petsafe database and will allow 21days for a response. In the event of a dispute we will freeze the Petsafe data pending a solution.

If the Pet is from a council the original owner details are not required but a receipt from the council will be needed.

If the Pet has been surrended to a rescue organisation Petsafe will need signed surrender documents from the owner listed on the database.

You can make as many changes as you like online if you have your Member No and Password. for instance when you go on holidays without your pet you can change the contact phone numbers for your pet and change them back on your return.
